Then on Christmas eve you both had major parts in the family nativity. Micah you were baby Jesus. And you were a perfect baby Jesus. You were asleep already in bed when we started the Nativity so I woke you up, wrapped you in swaddling clothes, and laid you in the manger. Aunt Josett was Mary and you just feel right asleep in her arms. Savannah, you were a sheep. And did did a great job. Your father was a Shepard so you just laid in his arms and walked with him to the manger. You were going to be the angel (because you are so sweet), but you don't talk yet.
On Christmas Day everyone got up at 5:30 a.m to talk with Aunt Kjersti on the phone (she is on a mission in Brazil). Savannah you got up with us too! Everyone then went back to bed (because Sanata hadn't come yet). By 9:00 a.m. the house was still quite and no one had re-awaken. Daddy and I knew we were going to be leaving in the afternoon and Christmas had to get going so..... We dressed you both up in your elf outfits and put you to work waking up the household. You both looked so cute in your stripped red and white pants, your red shirt that said "Baby's first Christmas", your white socks, your stripped hats, and you cute little smiles. Mommy took you into every one's room, placed you on their tummy, and said, "It's Christmas.. wake up!!" By the time everyone was dressed and awake, you were both known as the Christmas Elves.MORE FAMILY PICTURES
